OL2002: All-Day Recurring Event Does Not Synchronize Correctly After Duration Change (289959)

SYMPTOMS
When you create an all-day event in Outlook to be recurring and then change the duration from all day to two hours, the duration does not change when you synchronize to PocketPC.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the flag in Outlook 2002 for "all day" does not change when you change the duration to hours.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
