SYMPTOMS
When you use the Import and Export Wizard in Outlook 2002 to import rules that were created in Microsoft Outlook Express version 4.x or 5, Outlook 2002 does not import rules that specify the "mark as read" condition.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
