SYMPTOMS
When you start Windows Millennium Edition (Me) on a computer that has IBM's PComm installed, you may receive the following error message:
A required dll file has not been found: pdlwemsg.dll
The error message appears twice, and then the computer successfully loads Windows Me.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, remove and then reinstall the PComm program after you install Windows Me.
