XADM: Exchange 2000 Server Experiences Memory Leaks Because of Many Embedded Messages (289775)

Exchange 2000 Server may experience memory leaks when Exchange 2000 processes messages that contain many embedded messages. Performance Monitor may detect these memory leaks, or, in extreme cases, excessive paging activity may be evident on the server. The server also displays a warning when Exchange 2000 is running low on virtual memory.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if the Exmime.dll file attempts to decode messages that contain many embedded messages.
