Cannot Remove the SBS Modem-Sharing Component After Upgrade from Windows NT 4.0 (289730)

After you install the Microsoft Small Business Server (SBS) 4.5 modem-sharing client on a Microsoft Windows NT 4.0-based computer and then upgrade the computer to Windows 2000, you can no longer remove the modem-sharing component.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because two .inf files (Netmshr.inf and Netsrdr.inf) that are used in the upgrade process contain incorrect settings.
