Meaning: Registration for metabase change notifications failed. Changes to the metabase will not be detected.

Effect: Changes will not be detected until the Web service is restarted. Request forwarding will continue to function.

Possible Causes and Solutions

Configuration store (metabase) corrupt: The store that Application Center uses for configuration data is corrupted or unavailable. Restart the IIS Admin service by using the Services utility in Administrative Tools. If this problem persists, contact your support personnel.
