Visio2002: Fill Dialog Box Does Not Display Patterns Correctly in Pattern Combo Box (289487)

When you use Microsoft Visio in conjunction with a Number Nine Imagine 128 video card, and you attempt to fill a shape by using the Fill command on the Format menu, some of the fill colors may be missing.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur if you are working on a Microsoft Windows 98-based computer, and you have a Number Nine Imagine 128 series video display card installed.
RESOLUTION
To work around this issue, use any of the following methods:
- Switch to the standard VGA or super VGA driver.

- Contact the manufacturer for an updated driver.
-or-
- Follow these steps to change the Hardware Acceleration setting to None:
(NOTE: Microsoft has not fully tested the following workaround and therefore cannot guarantee its results.)- Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
- Double-click the System icon.
- Click the Performance tab.
- Click Graphics.
- Change the Hardware Acceleration setting to None, and then click OK.
- Click OK to close the System Properties dialog box.
