When you uninstall Internet Information Service (IIS), one or more of the following files may not be updated when you apply Windows 2000 Service Pack 1:
- Aqadmin.dll
- Aqueue.dll
- Dt_ctrl.dll
- Seo.dll
- Seos.dll

WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, install IIS before you install Windows 2000 Service Pack 1.
STATUSMicrosoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Windows 2000.
This problem was first corrected in Windows 2000 Service Pack 2.
