Site Server LDAP Service Gives Wrong Year If You Use a Two-Digit Year Format in a Web Object (289216)

In Site Server, when you create a Web object that has a time attribute that contains a two-digit format for a year, Site Server's Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) service may not interpret the data correctly. For example, 1920 may be sent as 20 and interpreted as 2020 by the server.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because Site Server is expecting a four-digit year.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, first create the object without the time attributes, and then set the time attributes.
