When you generate a request on the Advanced Certificate Requests page under Web Enrollment and omit information in one or more of the information fields, the Relative Distinguished Names (RDNs) are empty.
The root Certificate Authority (CA) PKCS#10 Request is not signed by an Entrust Root CA for cross-certification.
