PUB2002: Key Combinations for "Bring to Front" and "Send to Back" Do Not Work (289088)

SYMPTOMS

When you use the key combination ALT+F6 (Bring to Front) or ALT+SHIFT+F6 (Send to Back), nothing happens. The objects that you intended to move do not move.

CAUSE

These key combinations do not work if your computer is running one of the operating systems listed at the beginning of this article.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, use the Bring to Front and Send to Back commands. On the Arrange menu, point to Order, and then click either Bring to Front or Send to Back.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.

MORE INFORMATION
