This article was previously published under Q288878 For a Microsoft Visio 2000 version of this article, see 290386.
For a Microsoft Visio 5 version of this article, see 293472.
SYMPTOMS
In Microsoft Visio, when you use the Triangle or Pyramid shapes from the Marketing Diagrams stencil (Marketing Diagrams.vss), you may be unable to add additional levels.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if you attempt to add more than the maximum number of levels allowed by Visio's design parameters. The Triangle is designed to have a maximum of five levels and the Pyramid a maximum of six levels.
MORE INFORMATION
This behavior may also be exhibited by other shapes from the Marketing Charts and Diagrams solution. To add additional levels to these shapes, you need to create a new master with the added levels. Be sure to include the necessary properties in the shape's ShapeSheet spreadsheet.
