SUMMARY

Source: Application Center
Description: Failed to initialize asynchronous event handler
Event Type: Error
Application Center failed to initialize an asynchronous event handler. Status is %Status%: %StatusMessage%.

Meaning: Application Center failed to initialize an asynchronous event handler. The handler is used to process long-running tasks such as handling master change notifications and to verify server bindings and IP restrictions after change notifications.

Solutions (listed in order of preference):
  1. Restart the Web service.
  2. Restart the computer.
  3. Restart the cluster controller.
  4. Use the Support Online link in the Events view.
