Meaning: Application Center failed to initialize an asynchronous event handler. The handler is used to process long-running tasks such as handling master change notifications and to verify server bindings and IP restrictions after change notifications.
Effect: Cluster controller change notifications and metabase changes to certain properties such as IP restrictions and server bindings will not be verified. In a stable cluster this will not cause any problems.
Solutions (listed in order of preference):- Restart the Web service.
- Restart the computer.
- Restart the cluster controller.
- Use the Support Online link in the Events view.
