Visio2002: Error Message When You Click the UML Add-in from Visual C++ (288685)

SYMPTOMS

When you click the Microsoft Visio Unified Modeling Language (UML) add-in toolbar button in Microsoft Visual C++ 6, you may receive the following error message:
Microsoft Visual C++ Visio 2002 Addin in C:\...\umlvc60.dll

Unable to load this addin because its server object failed to be created. This addin will not be loaded by default in the future.
You must click No to continue.

CAUSE

The add-in cannot be loaded because certain settings have been modified. This behavior occurs when the Visio 2000 UML add-in is also on your system, or you start Visio 2000 from Visual C++, before you attempt to load the Visio 2002 UML add-in.
