SYMPTOMS

On a clustered Microsoft Exchange 2000 Enterprise server, mail may not flow as expected.

CAUSE

This problem can occur if a virtual server on a clustered Exchange 2000 Enterprise server does not have the correct SMTP service event sink bindings; because of this, mail may not be delivered.

RESOLUTION
