When you run the Mailbox Cleanup Agent against an Exchange 2000 mailbox store, the Mailbox Cleanup Agent may not work, and you may receive the following error message:
Object not found
CAUSE
This problem can occur if the Given Name (First Name) for the user object is missing in the mailbox table of the store.
