Meaning: Application Center could not open the object.

Effect: The object could not be opened and will not be synchronized. The rest of the synchronization will continue.

Possible Causes and Solutions

Object not available: The object is being used by another application or is locked by another application, or the object has been renamed or deleted.

Incorrect user name or password: The credentials used were incorrect. Enter a valid user name (with administrative privileges), password, and domain name.

No permissions: The access permissions have been changed on the file or object.

Account changed or missing: The AC*_ accounts have been changed or deleted. Application Center creates these accounts for performing tasks. If these accounts have been changed or deleted, see your support personnel.

Configuration store (metabase) corrupt: The store that Application Center uses for configuration data is corrupted or unavailable. Restart the IIS Admin service by using the Services utility in Administrative Tools. If this problem persists, contact your support personnel.
