XCON: Cannot View PendingRerouteQ for Remote MTAs (288555)

When you stop the remote message transfer agents (MTAs) over two X.400 Connectors and mail queues up, you cannot view the messages that are queuing up in the PendingRerouteQ in Exchange System Manager.
