If you use Outlook 2001 for Mac to create custom views, the view is not available if you log on to the same Microsoft Exchange Server by using Microsoft Outlook for Windows.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the custom view architecture that is used on Outlook 2001 for Mac is different from the one that is used to create custom views on an Outlook for Windows client.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, you must create the custom views separately for each specific platform version of Microsoft Outlook.
