If you create a custom view in a version of Microsoft Outlook for Windows, the view is not available or accessible in Outlook 2001 for Mac.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs because the methods for creating views are not the same on both the Microsoft Windows and Apple Macintosh platform environments.
RESOLUTION
If you require a custom view on for Outlook 2001 for Mac, create the view by using Outlook on an Apple Macintosh.
