SYMPTOMS

When you use Outlook 2001 for Mac, some rules are missing when you switch profiles from one account to another, even if you have selected the Show Rules For All Profiles option

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the Show Rules For All Profiles option applies only for profiles that are created for the same mailbox on a Microsoft Exchange Server.

MORE INFORMATION

Rules that are created in profiles for one mailbox do not appear when you view the rules in a different mailbox.
