SUMMARY

This article describes two methods that you can use to remove attachments from draft messages in Outlook 2001 for Mac.

Use one fo the following methods to remove a file attachment from a draft message in Outlook 2001 for Mac:

Select the attachment so that a box appears around the file, and then press the DELETE key. -or-
Drag the attached file to the Trash icon on your desktop.

NOTE: The attachment is not removed if you click and drag the file to the Deleted Items folder on either the Outlook Bar or the Folder List view.
