When you create a mail message, save it to the Drafts folder, and then attempt to send the message without a recipient in the To line, the message disappears.
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, always add a recipient to the mail message before you attempt to send it. Or, if you save the message to the Drafts folder, close the message and then reopen it before you attempt to send it.
