Meaning: Application Center was unable to find the cluster controller.

Effect: If you are not able to get the controller to be functional again, you should choose another controller as appropriate.

Possible Causes and Solutions

Server not available: The member is not turned on, has been renamed, or has been disconnected from the network.

Network failure: A network failure ended the connection between the controller and the cluster member.

Hardware failure: A hardware failure has occurred, such as a disk or network adapter failure.

Configuration store (metabase) corrupt: The store that Application Center uses for configuration data is corrupted or unavailable. Restart the IIS Admin service by using the Services utility in Administrative Tools. If this problem persists, contact your support personnel.
