When you use the keyboard to navigate through drop-down lists and to select items in those lists, you may receive an "access violation in Mshtml.dll" error message and Internet Explorer may stop responding (hang).
RESOLUTION
To resolve this issue, upgrade to a version of Internet Explorer later than Internet Explorer 5.01. To download the latest version of Internet Explorer, view the following Microsoft Web site:
