Infinite Loop in "IP Resolution" Task of DTS Package (288235)

When the server Internet Protocol (IP) configuration has no Domain Name System (DNS) server on the first Network Information Center (NIC) that executes the "IP Resolution" task of the Data Transformation Services (DTS) package, the IP Resolution DTS task stops responding (hangs).
WORKAROUND
To work around this problem, use a system-wide environment variable "NameServer" with the DNS server list.
