SYMPTOMS

When you press the Web/Home hotkey on one of the keyboards listed in the "Applies To" section, your browser does not return to your Home Page.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design.

The Web/Home hotkey opens your Internet browser on a Macintosh computer, but does not return you to your Home Page after you view another Web site.

RESOLUTION

To work around this issue, click Back or Home in your Internet browser to return to your Home Page.
