SYMPTOMS

When you save drafts messages to the Outlook folder and then synchronize Outlook with offline folder (.ost) files, the contents of the offline folder (.ost) files do not appear when you work offline.

CAUSE

This behavior is by design.

Offline folder (.ost) files are only used with a Microsoft Exchange Server e-mail account.
