OL2002: Both the Print Preview and the Printed Page Have Text Beyond the Page Boundary (287846)

SYMPTOMS

When you print a One Day View by using the default settings (For example, the default column width of the Due Date field in the Taskpad), the print preview and printed page may have text beyond the right margin of the page. The text does not wrap properly.

WORKAROUND

Use the following steps to work around this problem:
  1. Add the Due Date field to the TaskPad if it is not there already.
  2. Drag the header to the right-side of the page border to change the width of the Due Date field.
  3. On the File menu, click Print Preview to verify that the text wraps properly.
  4. Print the page.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
