SYMPTOMS

If you have the MSNBC Personal Digital Dashboard installed and you upgrade from Microsoft Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2002, the links for the MSNBC page are broken when the registry key is updated.

MORE INFORMATION

MSNBC is aware of the issue with the custom Personal Digital Dashboard, and is currently working to update it for newer versions of Outlook.
