When you open a contact and double-click the e-mail address, you may receive the following error message:
The name or distribution list has been deleted and is no longer a valid Address Book entry. The Item could not be found.
CAUSE
This problem can occur if you originally had two contacts linked by e-mail addresses with an earlier version of Microsoft Outlook configured in Internet Mail Only (IMO) mode.

If you send messages to either of the contacts, the messages are sent to the correct e-mail address, but a display name may not appear.
