OL2002: The 'Back' Button in Hotmail Does Not Refresh the View (287808)

SYMPTOMS

When you click the Back or the Forward button to move between Hotmail folders, the current folder displays the contents of the previous folder.

WORKAROUND

To work around this problem, navigate your Hotmail folders by using your mouse to click the actual folders instead of clicking the Back and the Forward buttons on the Advanced toolbar.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
