OL2002: The Work Offline Option Disappears After You Enable It (287789)

SYMPTOMS

After you click Work Offline on the File menu in Outlook 2002, the Work Offline option is no longer available from the File menu.

WORKAROUND

To work around this behavior, use the following steps to work offline if you are working online:

  1. Exit Outlook.
  2. Restart Outlook.
  3. Click Work Offline.
