SYMPTOMS

When you use the Japanese or French version of Pocket Excel, some shortcut keys that are listed in the Help file do not work.

CAUSE

The Pocket Excel Help documentation contains errors. The translated Help file does not take differences in local key tops into account.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
