You cannot programmatically change the size of a NetMeeting video window by using the NetMeeting SDK.
RESOLUTION
To change the video window size, right-click inside the video window, click the Window Size menu, and then select 100%, 200%, 300% or 400%.
STATUS
This behavior is by design.
