"Winword.exe - Entry Point Not Found" Error Message May Be Displayed (287347)

SYMPTOMS

When you view the Office properties of a Microsoft Word document that has been saved as a Web page to a Microsoft SharePoint Portal Server workspace, you may receive the following error:
Winword.exe - Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point wnsprintfW could not be located in the dynamic link library Shlwapi.dll

CAUSE

This behavior can occur on computers that have Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 installed.

Note Microsoft Office 2003 requires Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 or later.

RESOLUTION

This is a benign error. Click OK to clear the error message.
