SYMPTOMS

When you try to import a personal player photo into Links LS 2001, you may receive the following error message:
The photo file is too big. The maximum size allowed is 10,000 bytes.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur if the file that you are trying to import is too big.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, reduce the size of the the image to 50 by 60 pixels, and then save the file.
