This article contains a list of fixes for the Microsoft(r) virtual machine (Microsoft VM) build 3802 and associated Windows(r) 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2).

The Microsoft VM is designed to run on Windows(r) 95, Windows(r) 98, Windows(r) Millennium Edition (Me), Windows NT(r) 4.0, and Windows 2000 or later.

Installation Prerequisites

For all users: Microsoft(r) Internet Explorer 4.01 or later must be installed in order to use this version of the Microsoft VM.

For Windows NT users: Windows NT 4.0 Service Pack 3 or later must be installed before you install the Microsoft VM on x86.

For Windows 2000 users: Windows 2000 Service Pack 2 (SP2) must be installed before you install the Microsoft VM. You can download Windows 2000 SP2 from the following Microsoft Web site:
