WD2002: Language Bar Help Text Appears in English After You Select Non-English Language (286900)

In the Microsoft Office Language Settings dialog box, after you select a non-English language in the Display Help in list, the Language bar Help text still appears in English instead of changing to the selected language.

In Regional Options (in Control Panel), on the General tab, when you select a non-English language in the Menus and dialogs list, and then restart the computer, the Language bar Help menus appear in the selected non-English language, but the Help text remains in English.
