WD2002: AutoCorrect Options Button Hides Portion of Document (286838)

SYMPTOMS

In Microsoft Word, when you apply a format or a style to your document, the AutoCorrect Options button may be displayed, and it may cover (hide) a portion of the document.

CAUSE

This behavior can occur when you apply more than one style or formatting to the document.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, press ESC to remove the AutoCorrect Options button from the document window.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
