WD2002: Comment Is Not Visible on the Screen When You View Markup (286836)

SYMPTOMS

When you open a Microsoft Word document that contains comments, and then click Markup on the View menu, the comment text is not visible on the screen.

WORKAROUND

To work around this issue, follow these steps:
  1. On the View menu, click Zoom.
  2. In the Zoom dialog box, click the Page Width option, and then click OK.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article.
