MMC May Hang When You Use the DNS Snap-In to View More than 16,000 Zones (286779)

When you try to view the properties of a Domain Name System (DNS) zone by using the Microsoft Management Console (MMC) snap-in and there are more than 16,000 zones defined in the DNS database, MMC may generate an access violation error message and stop responding (hang).
