PUB2002: Help Window Is Blank When You Press F1 When Saving Publication as Earlier Version (286200)

When you attempt to save your Microsoft Publisher 2002 publication in the format of an earlier version of Publisher, you receive the following warning message:
Microsoft Publisher
This publication contains features that are not supported in the previous versions of Publisher. Are you sure you want to save the publication in Publisher previous version format?
Click Yes to save the Publisher previous version format, click No to cancel saving or press F1 now to see a list of features that will be lost when saving in this format.
If you press F1, the Help file opens, but the Help window is blank. No information is displayed.
WORKAROUND
To receive a list of features that may be changed or lost when you convert a publication to an earlier version of Publisher, open the Help file manually and type a query, using the following steps:
- On the Help menu, click Microsoft Publisher Help.Click the Answer Wizard tab, and type save as 2000. Click Search.The Help topic titled "Save a publication in Publisher 2000 or Publisher 98 format" appears. This topic lists the features that may not be retained when you convert a document to an earlier version.
