RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, manually copy the Mfcans32.dll file into the program directory from the Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition (Me) CD to replace the system version of the file:
- Insert the Windows Me CD.
- Click Start, click My Computer, and then right-click the CD-ROM drive in which you inserted the Windows Me CD.
- Click Open.
- Double-click the Win9x folder.
- Double-click the Win_12.cab file.
- Right-click the Mfcans32.dll file.
- Click Extract.
- Expand the My Computer folder.
- Expand the drive that contains the Program Files folder, and then expand the Program Files folder.
