SUMMARY

This article describes how to install the PocketPC PocketPaks. The PocketPaks do not install on Handheld PCs or palm-size PCs. The requirements are:
  • A Pocket PC
  • A computer running ActiveSync
ActiveSync is used to install the downloaded PocketPak software to your Pocket PC.

To install the PocketPC PocketPaks:
  1. Download the files to a folder on your computer. To do so, visit the following Microsoft Web site:

    http://www.microsoft.com/mobile/pocketpc/downloads

    There is a charge for this software as stated on the download page.

    NOTE: Do not download the PocketPak directly to the Pocket PC.

  2. Connect the Pocket PC to your computer.
  3. On the computer, double-click the PocketPak.exe file just downloaded to start the setup process.
NOTE: To install an individual game, double-click the executable file for that particular game.
