Rule Fields in Firewall Log Are Sometimes Not Logged Properly (285807)

SYMPTOMS

A problem in the Internet Security and Acceleration (ISA) Server 2000 firewall logging module prevents the logging of the "Rule#1" and "Rule#2" fields for certain User Datagram Protocol (UDP) traffic, even if you select these fields in the logging configuration dialog box.

RESOLUTION

Apply the Isahf54.exe hotfix to resolve this problem.
