Clip2002: No Shortcut Menu When You Right-Click White Space in Clip Art Thumbnails (285613)

SYMPTOMS

When you right-click the white space in a Microsoft Clip Organizer thumbnail gallery, the shortcut menu for clip-art category database activities does not appear as expected.

This behavior is different from that of the Microsoft Clip Gallery.

CAUSE

This behavior occurs because the commands that are located on the shortcut menu in earlier versions of Clip Organizer are displayed on the Edit menu in Clip Organizer 2002, and the shortcut menu is now displayed when you click the arrow on a clip-art thumbnail.

RESOLUTION

To resolve this issue, click the Edit menu, or click the arrow on any of the clip-art thumbnail images.
