When you print notes pages or handouts in black and white or grayscale, some slides may be printed as all black.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur with an older printer driver. This behavior has been observed with the following printers and drivers:
- Hewlett Packard (HP) 5si with print driver HPBFCB5.DRV version 4.3.0.8
- Lexmark Otra Color 1200 with print driver LMPCL5D.DRV version 0.2000.1.27
