PPT2002: Cannot Run Pack and Go Wizard on Password-Protected Presentation (285484)

If you run the Pack and Go Wizard on a presentation that has the Modify password set, when you click Finish to start packing the presentation, a dialog box with the following message appears
Password
'presentation name' is reserved by username
Enter password to modify, or open read only.
where presentation name is the name of the presentation you are trying to pack and username is the user name of the person who protected the presentation.
If you click Read Only, the following error message appears:
PowerPoint can't create a copy of the
presentation. The disk may be full.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when you attempt to run the Pack and Go Wizard on a file that contains a password in the Password to modify box on the Security tab of the Options dialog box. To run the Pack and Go Wizard on password-protected files, you must have permissions to modify those files.
RESOLUTION
To run the Pack and Go Wizard on a password-protected file, type the correct password when prompted by the Password dialog box described in the "SYMPTOMS" portion of this article.
