PPT2002: Change in View Direction Does Not Show When You Compare and Merge Presentations (285444)

The information in this article applies to:

  • Microsoft PowerPoint 2002

This article was previously published under Q285444

SYMPTOMS

When you compare and merge presentations, if a presentation has had its view direction changed, this change is not noted as a revision in the merged presentation. For example, if the view direction was left-to-right and it was changed to right-to-left, this change does not show up when you compare and merge presentations.

If the only change made to a presentation is the change in view direction, you receive the following message:

User made no changes to this presentation.

NOTE: This article discusses complex scripts functionality.
